This is basically my remix album of Simple Machines. While I was happy with the Tenori-style tracks I really hadn't gone another level and added any beats, which i've played around alot more with recently. So thanks to Ke$ha and RYM's insistance on making a single page thread into 8 pages (sigh) I added my own tongue-in-cheek response as a remix album. "Succubus" is leftover from January based on parts left over from sexwiththeghost, All Night I Dreamed About Googlecore 2011 is a mash-up of "Grandfather's Clocks", the original track, and some obviously famous samples, and "Noise Music is Extreeeme" is also inspired by a really poor forum post. In the end a fun and light-hearted album and diverse in style too although it's all dance music in some form or fashion and through lo-tech means.

This album is a solid 7/10. I love the old-school music in there, but some of the songs just feel like random melodies plastered everywhere. This is the beginnings of Ponies At Dawn though, and their artists have improved massively over the years so I'm glad we still have a relic from their collection! cherriesarelit
